中尾温泉「山荘 錫杖」の続きです。
今回は夜の食事と貸切露天風呂をご紹介。
中尾温泉は岐阜県飛騨地方、奥飛騨温泉郷の最奥に位置する新穂高温泉中尾源泉エリアにあります。北アルプスに囲まれ豊かな自然を身近に感じることができる静かで落ち着いたエリアです。温泉は、焼岳を熱源とする良質なかけ流しです。
中尾温泉では、循環・塩素消毒を行わないので、どのお宿も安心・安全に本物の温泉をお楽しみいただけます。
その中で今回訪れた「山荘 錫杖」は、スタッフさんの家庭的な温かい対応や手入れが行き届いた館内、丁寧なお食事などで、リピート率がとても高いお宿です。
また、客室が全部で７部屋と混み込みしていないのも嬉しいです。
山荘 錫杖のお食事は、地産地消を目標に地元素材を積極的に使用しています。そのお料理は、どれも丁寧でこだわりが感じられました。
また、自家養殖をしており、とれたての新鮮な岩魚のお刺身は本当に美味しかったです。思わず、日本酒を頼んでしまい、至福のひとときを味わうことが出来ました。
夜は、まず貸切混浴露天風呂へ。
とても開放感のある露天風呂で、貸切にはもったいない広さです。
こちらはコロナ禍で一時的に貸切に変更しているそうです。
次に笠の湯へ。
月の光を浴びながら月見風呂を堪能。
静けさが漂い、山紅葉から覗く月を眺めながら水の音を愉しむ。
とても贅沢な時間でした。

This is a continuation of our visit to the Nakao Onsen “Sansou Sisetsu”.
This time I’ll introduce the evening meal and the private open-air bath.
Nakao Onsen is located in the Nakao source area of Shin Hotaka Onsen, the innermost part of the Okuhida Onsen Village in the Hida region of Gifu Prefecture. Surrounded by the Northern Alps, it is a quiet and serene area where you can feel the rich nature close at hand. The onsen is a high-quality, free-flowing hot spring heated by Mt.
At Nakao Onsen, no circulation or chlorine disinfection is used, so you can enjoy genuine hot spring water safely and securely at any of the lodgings.
The inn I visited this time, “Sanso Tingye,” has a high rate of repeat business due to the warm, homey atmosphere of the staff, the well-maintained interior, and the carefully prepared meals.
It is also nice to know that the inn is not crowded with only seven guest rooms in total.
The meals at Sanso Tingye are prepared with the goal of local production for local consumption, actively using local ingredients. All of the dishes were prepared with care and attention to detail.
The sashimi of freshly caught rockfish, farmed in house, was truly delicious. I couldn’t help but order a bottle of sake, and I was able to enjoy a moment of bliss.
At night, we first went to the private mixed bathing outdoor bath.
The open-air bath has a very open feeling and is too large to be reserved.
I heard that this bath was temporarily changed to a private bath due to the Corona disaster.
Next, we went to the Kasa no Yu.
Enjoying the moonlight, we took a moon viewing bath.
There was a sense of tranquility in the air, and I enjoyed the sound of the water as I watched the moon peek through the mountain foliage.
It was a very luxurious time.
